SYLLABUS
Nothing in the Code of Professional Responsibility prohibits the use of an attorney-client agreement on billing policy, which billing policy provides for the imposition of late charges and provides for withdrawal for non-payment, provided that such imposition of late charge and provision for withdrawal are consented to by client, and are within the constraints of Canon 2 of the Code, specifically DR 2-110.
