MENU -Appetizer Table: Assorted nuts, pickled vegetables, and grilled bread ***Paired with sparkling wine or Riesling; 1st Course: Italian calamari salad; 2nd Course: Shiitake mushroom pasta with roasted red sweet peppers in a white wine umami cream sauce   ***Paired with chardonnay or white burgundy; Entire Course: Roast pork tenderloin with a soy mushroom glaze, topped with pineapple, mango salsa with a side of roasted garlic potatoes ***Paired with pinot noir or petite sirah; Dessert Course: Assorted hand-made chocolate and petit fours (pastries) ***Paired with Ported or lambics.
