The FBA Technology and Labor and Employment Committees have assembled a team of legal and technology experts to discuss the intersection of personal and company data in litigation. Join them from 11:30 a.m.-1:00 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 22, at the Levin Courthouse, Detroit Room. The topics will include recent case law, privacy implications, the application of proportionality, and tips for managing expectations and costs.
