Keynote Speaker is Barbara L. McQuade, U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Michigan. State Bar of Michigan President Lori Buiteweg will provide an update on State Bar activities. An update on the State of the Washtenaw Xounty Courts provided by Hon. David S. Swartz, Chief Judge, Washtenaw County Trial Court; Hon. Joseph F. Burke, Chief Judge, 15th District Court; Hon.
