The ADR Section of the State Bar of Michigan and the Ingham County Bar Association are proud to announce the next in a series of statewide luncheons for ADR providers to meet, connect and share in facilitated conversations. In this engaging forum, mediators and arbitrators will share a meal while learning from one another. These luncheons have received rave reviews from mediators and arbitrators in Southeast Michigan, Traverse City, and Grand Rapids. This is  forum for ADR providers to network. Henry's on the Square is located at 229 S. Washington Square in Lansing. The following practice management issues will be covered: use of written agreements to mediate/arbitrate; charging hourly v. day rates; cancellation/adjournment practices/ charging for travel; settlement drafting practices; and follow up techniques when cases do not settle at the table.
