Voir Dire is perhaps the most important part of trial, yet even experienced attorneys rank their voir dire skills as suboptimal. Learn how to maximize your opportunity to identify and excuse jurors who will kill your case.  This forum, for MAJ PLAINTIFF MEMBERS ONLY, will feature a live jury. Oakland County Circuit Court Chief Judge Shalina Kumar, Anthony Randazzo from Secrest Wardle, and MAJ Past President Brian McKeen will conduct the mock trial.
