Lafayette Blvd. in Detroit, Michigan (Room 115). This event is free to attend and will offer Michigan’s law students a chance to turn classroom skills into a federal court practice. Students will hear from federal judges during a panel discussion titled “So You Want to Be an Intern”; observe civil or criminal court proceedings, and meet members of the Eastern District’s federal bar. Lunch is included and a panel of federal court practitioners will explain how they got their start. Students are invited to join the FBA (it’s free) at fbamich.org
