MAJ’s Annual Workers’ Compensation/Social Security Seminar

The seminar will be co-moderated by William Watkinson, Bernstein & Bernstein PC, Lathrup Village, Jeffrey Kaufman, Berman & Kaufman, PC, Farmington Hills, Andrea Hamm, Miller Cohen, PLC, Detroit, and Sean Shearer, Charters, Tyler, Zack & Shearer, PC, Troy. Seasoned attorneys will present on state and national workers’ compensation issues including medical issues, LTD claims, and Retaliation claims. Social Security Disability federal appeals and state issues will also be discussed. The cost to attend is $195 for MAJ members; $100 for MAJ student and paralegal members; $155 for MAJ members practicing 3 years or less; $100 for MAJ Sustaining Members; and $375 for non-members (with digital handbook).
