MiFILE adds 13 more courts

MiFILE is adding 13 more district and probate courts to the statewide e-filing system this month, the State Court Administrators Office recently announced. MiFILE allows attorneys to file documents with courts electronically, which makes it easier to access to courts, provides more flexibility, and increases court efficiency. 

These courts are scheduled to adopt MiFILE this month:

•     22nd District Court – Wayne
•     35th District Court – Wayne
•     64a District Court – Ionia
•     73b District Court – Huron
•     97-2 District Court – Houghton
•     97-3 District Court – Keweenaw

•     Luce Probate
•     Mackinac Probate
•     Houghton Probate
•     3a District Court – Branch
•     38th District Court – Macomb
•     44th District Court – Oakland
•     88-2 District Court – Montmorency
