Voting now open for 2024 State Bar Elections

All Michigan attorneys have been emailed electronic ballots for the 2024 State Bar Elections. All voting is conducted online, and voters must cast their ballots online by 11:59 p.m. June 17, 2024.

The June election will include:

  • A statewide election for a judicial member of the Judicial Tenure Commission
  • Elections for 89 members of the Representative Assembly in 44 judicial circuits
  • Elections for seven members of the Board of Commissioners in five commissioner districts
  • Elections for 11 members of the Young Lawyers Section Executive Council in three districts

The email ballot is being sent from sbmelection@electionservicescorp.com with the subject, "Vote Now in the 2024 State Bar of Michigan Election—E-Ballot enclosed." DO NOT FORWARD this email; this is your personal ballot information.

If you do not receive your ballot, please check your spam folder and make sure you are checking the email account currently on file with the State Bar of Michigan. You can review your information at michbar.org/MemberArea.

The voting site is secure and offers the same level of privacy and anonymity as voting by mail.
