September 17 is Constitution Day!  St. Clair High School Principal Ron Miller invited fellow Rotary Club member and attorney Gerry Mason to present pocket constitutions to over 200 St. Clair High School government students on Constitution Day.  

Constitution Day is an American federal observance recognizing the adoption of the U.S. Constitution and those who have become U.S. citizens. September 17 is the day that delegates to the Constitutional Convention signed the document in 1787 in Philadelphia, PA.
