Agenda:
HB 4567 Increase penalties for certain alcohol- and drug-related driving violations (Voting);
HB 4568 Revise sentencing guidelines for certain alcohol- and controlled substance-related driving violations (Voting);
HB 4792 Provide for sentencing guidelines for crime of committing a moving violation causing death of vulnerable roadway user (Testimony Only);
HB 4799 Enhance penalties for moving violation causing physical injury or death to a vulnerable roadway user (Testimony Only).

HB 4694 Create mental health court;
HB 4695 Create mental health court;
HB 4696 Create mental health court;
HB 4697 Create mental health court;
HB 4770 Establish requirements for gaining access to motor vehicle accident reports within 30 days of the report being filed, and provide penalties for noncompliance;
HB 4771 Prohibit intentionally contacting individual who has sustained personal injury or family member of that individual with direct solicitation to provide service under certain circumstances and provide a penalty;
HB 4772 Establish sentencing guidelines for crime of unlawfully accessing motor vehicle accident report.

2012-24 – Amendments of Rules 2.614, 3.216, 3.804, 3.903, 3.905, 3.920, 3.925, 3.932, 3.965, 3.967, 3.977, 4.201, and 5.208 of the Michigan Court Rules and Amendments of Rules 4, 5, and 8 of the Rules for the Board of Law Examiners
These amendments reflect changes that correct minor technical errors that have occurred in drafting or the changes respond to recent adopted rule revisions, which occasionally inadvertently create incorrect cross-references in other rules.
