SB 834 Clarify firearms records exemption under the freedom of information act;
SB 881 Clarify what firearms records are exempt under the freedom of information act;
HB 4155 Exempt certain firearm licensing information from freedom of information act;
HB 5091 Exempt brandishing a firearm from the carrying of a firearm that is holstered or carried on a sling;
HB 5092 Provide for definition of brandish;
HB 5325 Provide for definition of firearms records;
HB 5327 Exempt firearms records from freedom of information act and provide for disclosure only under certain circumstances;
HB 5328 Clarify what firearms records are exempt under the freedom of information act;
And any other business properly before the committee.
