Access to Justice Campaign

The Access to Justice Campaign is a partnership of the State Bar of Michigan, the Michigan State Bar Foundation, and our State's legal aid providers. The Campaign raises funds to support civil legal services for low-income people in Michigan.

The Legal Aid and Defender Association’s Legal Legacy Campaign has a goal of raising $1.5 million through the Access to Justice Fund for technology, equipment, and furniture for its new facilities and for civil/juvenile legal services for indigent children.  These resources will strengthen LAD's ability to continue to meet the ATJ Fund's central objective of supporting civil legal services for the poor.  Access to Justice Fund gifts – including this special gift for the LAD Legal Legacy Campaign – are received and administered by the Michigan State Bar Foundation according to the Access to Justice Fund guidelines at www.msbf.org/atjfund.
