Resource Initiative / Access to Justice Campaign

The Access to Justice Campaign is a partnership of the State Bar of Michigan, the Michigan State Bar Foundation, and the state's civil legal services providers. The goal of the Access to Justice Campaign is to raise funds to improve access to justice for low-income people with civil legal needs in Michigan.

Access to Justice gifts are received and administered by the Michigan State Bar Foundation according to the Access to Justice Fund guidelines found at http://www.msbf.org/atjfund.

If any designated program ceases to exist as a non-profit entity, or if certain minimum endowment balance requirements are not met, all funds so designated shall be allocated to the appropriate Access to Justice fund. Any donations in excess of those needed for a particular appeal will be allocated to the appropriate Access to Justice fund.
