10/7 Senate Judiciary
Agenda items: HB 4360 Require businesses to display sexually explicit visual material only in restricted areas; HB 5037 Provides for  cost of living increases for retired probate judges; SB 658 Provides penalties for and prohibits failure to stop at scene of accident involving watercraft resulting in serious impairment or death; SB 659 Enacts sentencing guidelines for crime of failing to stop at scene of accident involving watercraft that causes serious injury or death; SB 633 Provides for recovery for "loss of opportunity to survive."

10/8 House Criminal Justice
Agenda items: HB 5033 Increases penalties for minor who purchases, attempts to purchase, consumes, attempts to consume, possesses, or attempts to possess an alcoholic beverage; HB 5120 Revise to reflect crime of operating a vehicle with bodily content of certain controlled substance
