Agenda: SB 0158 Include committing act likely to cause physical harm to a child in definition of child abuse: SB 0760 Revise sentencing guidelines for child abuse in the third degree to reflect citation change; SB 0945 Prohibit obtaining personal information by false pretenses; SB 1191 Modify sentencing guidelines for crime of obtaining personal information by false pretenses. 

3/12 House Judiciary
Agenda: SB 0357 Enact sentencing guidelines for crimes of using or tampering with public safety device causing serious impairment or death; SB 0358 Clarify definition of, and provide penalties for tampering with safety device; HB 5335 Prohibit, and provide penalties for larceny or resale of copper wire; HB 5336 Enact sentencing guidelines for theft or resale of copper wiring; HB 5361 Increase penalties for tampering with, defacing, or stealing utility equipment; HB 5362 Enact sentencing guidelines for increased penalties of tampering, defacing, or stealing utility equipment or utility infrastructure component; HB 5626 Prohibit unfair trade practices in certain advertising of numismatic coins and medallions; HB 5757 Revise liability for false or fraudulent claims to the medicaid program.
