The Libraries, Legal Resources & Legal Publications Committee submitted a public policy report recommending the State Bar adopt a position of active opposition to HB 5390, a bill that would require certain public documents to be provided to state libraries except for when documents are available on the internet. The Committee opposes the bill in its current form but suggests alternative language.
